Il dodicesimo album in studio della rock band inglese, pubblicato originariamente nel 1983. “The Final Cut” è stato l'ultimo album dei Pink Floyd a cui ha partecipato il membro fondatore Roger Waters, che ha lasciato la band nel 1985.
Durante la guerra delle Falkland e l'era del thatcherismo, questo concept album contro la guerra ha esplorato i temi dei soldati caduti, della perdita dei propri cari e del tradimento politico.
